Who we are

Tilt Tray and Tray Turn (the "games") are made by Shapiro Games (Artur Shapiro PR, Vojvode Stepe 249, Beograd, Serbia), an independent game studio. This policy covers both games on every platform where they are published. For anything about privacy, write to:

What stays on your phone

The games save your progress (levels, stars), your coins and the items you unlock with them, and your settings (sound, music, vibration and your play statistics choice). This is stored only on your device. We cannot see it, and it is deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its data.

Play statistics, only with your permission

The first time you open a game, it asks whether it may send anonymous play statistics. Nothing is sent before you answer, and nothing is sent if you choose No thanks. If you agree, the game uses GameAnalytics, an analytics service run by GameAnalytics ApS, Pilestræde 58, 1112 Copenhagen K, Denmark, which processes the data on our behalf.

What is sent:

What is not sent: your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or advertising ID.

Why: to see which levels are too hard or too easy, where players stop playing, and which errors to fix. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a), and Serbia's Law on Personal Data Protection).

You can change your mind at any time in Menu › Privacy › Play statistics. Once it is off, the game sends nothing more.

GameAnalytics stores data with cloud providers (Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud), which may process it outside the EU under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. It keeps the data for as long as it is needed for these reports, then deletes or anonymises it. See the GameAnalytics privacy notice.

Ads and purchases

This version of the games shows no advertising and has no real-money purchases. Coins are earned by playing and spent only inside the game. If a future version adds ads or purchases, we will update this policy first, and the game will ask for your consent wherever the law requires it.

Children

The games are casual puzzles for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent and believe your child agreed to send play statistics, contact us and we will have that data deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the play statistics linked to your installation, ask us to delete them, or object to their use. Because we do not know who you are, please include the Statistics ID shown in Menu › Privacy when you write; we will pass your request to GameAnalytics and reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority. In Serbia that is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Poverenik).

Security

Play statistics travel over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We keep no copy of them outside GameAnalytics.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the games handle data, we will update this page and its effective date. If a change needs your consent, the game will ask again.
